My name is Boo, and I’m a colorful person, maybe just like you. I’ve lived in and explored several cities around the world, from Venice to Sydney, from Bangkok to Marrakech, from Chengdu to Hamburg, from Tarifa to Suva, and many more.
I’ve spent years searching for who I am, what I want to be when I grow up, and what I can give to the world. I’m not a graduate, and I haven’t played a key role in other people’s lives directly. My work has focused on learning new skills and improving the quality of my life and the lives of others.
Every story I tell is driven by the belief that everyone deserves a good quality of life, both mentally and physically. Maybe you’ll find a new perspective here—or perhaps even recognize yourself in one or more of my stories.

At that phase of my life, I needed a change. I wanted to rediscover myself, so I booked a flight to Spain.
At the time, my best friend was living with her girlfriend, and I had no idea what that trip would awaken inside me.
In my mind, I was just going for fun, to enjoy the journey and see Barcelona, Seville, Jerez de la Frontera, Cadiz, Tarifa, and the small towns nearby for the first time. And of course see my bestie! I didn’t know that everything would begin there. I’m talking, of course, about the feelings that resurfaced when I saw her again after several years. She was the girl I had always been so proud to know back in our school days, the person I always wanted to be around because her sense of humor matched mine perfectly. Her smile, her beauty, her energy, her way of doing things, there was always something about her that captivated me every time we met.
Everything started with that trip, and she knew it too.
I won’t go into details here, but I truly fell in love for the first time on a hot day in Sanlúcar de Barrameda. The moment we saw each other, she ran toward me, jumped into my arms, and we just held each other for a couple of minutes. It felt as if we had just seen each other the day before, even though it had actually been years.
